Yes, we work 24/7, 365 days a year – including public holidays! In fact, most of our local moves are done on the weekend. We also do most of our office moves after business/s hours during the week and over the weekend. When we move your goods is totally up to you, but get in quick before we are booked out…

We will take extra special care of your treasured items, whether these are of monetary or just sentimental value. When packing for you, these items will be wrapped and padded in industrial-strength bubble wrap. Then, depending on the item’s size, it will be wrapped in felt blankets before being securely strapped and supported in the truck – or else it will be placed in a well-padded, clearly labelled sturdy box.

It is a good idea to empty all cabinets and drawers in advance, as items may need to be turned on their side or upside down during handling. If you haven’t got around to it, we can manage – it just may take a little longer, as the drawers may need to be removed or emptied out, depending on the weight and fragility of the items inside.

If you’re moving planter boxes or very large planter pots, it’s a good idea to empty the soil into a few heavy duty bags or smaller pots in advance of the move. The plant should have the root-ball carefully placed into a heavy duty non-porous bag packed with moist soil, and be laid flat for transport. Once the planter or large pot is in position at the new address, the plant should be re-potted as soon as possible.

We have two models of pricing; Hourly & Fixed. For Interstate, we charge by volume occupied. For Locals, we charged by time, with 30 minutes of increment.

We can dismantle and reassemble your items for you. Usually we have the tools on the truck, but we don’t carry power tools or any specialized tools. It would be good if you could let us know prior to our arrival on items that needs to be dismantled and reassembled, to help us plan ahead.
